Linda Bedwell, Reference & Instruction Librarian, Dalhousie University Libraries
Linda Bedwell is a Reference & Instruction Librarian at Dalhousie University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She co-chaired the Novanet consortiums online reference service, Live Help, from 2007 to 2009. She continues to investigate other and emerging solutions for improving online library help.
