Julio Anjos, Vice-President, INCITE ILFA, SLA (ASKPro), ASIS&T

Julio is Portuguese, and has been working with computers since 1982. For the past 18 years he has been working for libraries as technical director for a vendor company in Portugal. Two years ago  he finally got an undergraduate degree on LIS by the Oporto Polytechnic Institute,  (yes these things exist in Europe) and since then has taken a post-graduate degree in Information Systems Management (by the Lisbon Technical University) and is currently taking another in Business Management (by the Lisbon NOVA University). To exercise his computer programming muscles (as well as pushing his grades up a bit) he has created an RSS aggregator for the Portuguese LIS blogs and an aggregator for LIS OA repositories (ie: an OAI-PMH to RSS ).
