|  @AspenWalker specializes in public librarianship, including leader and administration, advocacy, marketing, and geekery galore. She has served at Douglas County Libraries (the number 1 public library for its population size on the 2009 & 2010 HAPLR index and an LJ four-star library) since 2002. Walker is a 2011 Library Journal Mover and Shaker. In 2007, her department was awarded the John Cotton Dana Award for outstanding library PR. Walker completed her M.L.S. at Emporia State University in 2009. She blogs at myliberary.blogspot.com and SaveLibraries.org, and is awfully fond of cephalopods. |
