HOTEL INFORMATION
The Internet Librarian conference has arranged for room blocks at
the Monterey Marriott and the Portola Plaza Hotel. Both hotels are
offering a discounted rate of $179/night to conference attendees
who book reservations before Friday, October 7, 2005. Remember
to identify yourself as part of the Internet Librarian group when
making your reservation. Room blocks are subject to availability,
and therefore are not guaranteed. So, please book early!

DISCOUNTS
Organizations sending more than one registrant can benefit
greatly from the following rates for full conference registrations
only: first person @ $399; second person and all additional
registrants @ $245. After September 30, 2005 add $10 to each
level. All registrations for group discounts must be sent to
Information Today, Inc. under one cover; online registrations for group discounts mus be submitted on the same day. (Many networks and
regional library cooperatives are offering special discount rates.
Contact your network director for further details.)
Discounts are not available for preconference workshops.
CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing no later
than September 30, 2005. Full refunds minus a $50 processing
fee will be issued. No refunds will be given after this date.
Substitutions for the same amount of fees may be made until
1:00 p.m. on September 30, 2005. Please indicate the name and
the title of the person who will be replacing the original
registrant. After this date, all changes must be made at the
conference.
