are comprised of four tracks. The fee includes:
• Participation in any conference track
for each day booked. (Delegates may switch between
tracks as they choose.)

Discounts
Organizations sending more than one registrant
can benefit greatly from the following rates for
full conference registrations only: first person
@ $379; second person and all additional registrants
@ $235. After October 22, 2004 add $10 to each
level. All registrations for group discounts must
be sent to Information Today, Inc. under one cover,
or if registering online, all registrations for
group discounts must be submitted on the same
day. (Many networks and regional library cooperatives
are offering special discount rates. Contact your
network director for further details.)
Discounts are not available for preconference
workshops.
Travel/Hotel Information
Delegates are responsible for their own travel
arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted
room rates for Internet Librarian 2004
attendees are being offered at the Monterey Marriott
and the Portola Plaza Hotel (formerly the DoubleTree
Monterey). To obtain preferred rates, please contact
the hotels directly and identify yourself as part
of the Internet Librarian 2004
group. Room availability and/or room rates cannot
be guaranteed after Friday, October 29, 2004.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations will be accepted if received in
writing no later than October 22, 2004. Full refunds
minus a $50 processing fee will be issued. No
refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions
for the same amount of fees may be made until
1:00 p.m. on October 22, 2004. Please indicate
the name and the title of the person who will
be replacing the original registrant. After this
date, all changes must be made at the conference.
