Nancy Howe, Public Computing Center Project Librarian, Baldwinsville Public Library
Nancy Howe joined Baldwinsville Public Library in 2010 to oversee the federally funded Broadband Technology Opportunity Program (BTOP) grant which brought enhanced access to the internet to a rural population as well as digital literacy training to all adult patrons and assistance in resume writing and online job searching for the under and unemployed. She was previously employed by the Central New York Library Resources Council as the member Services Coordinator for 12 years.
