Information Today, Inc. adds two Weblogs to its Web site

February 1, 2005, Medford, NJ— Information Today, Inc. (ITI) is proud to announce that it has added two weblogs to its online family of products. Steve Cohen's industry-leading Library Stuff blog and Marydee Ojala's Online Insider blog will now be featured on ITI's https://www.infotoday.com. The blogs offer important daily commentary on the products, people, and events that shape the library technology and information technology industries.

Library Stuff (http://www.LibraryStuff.net) is an essential resource for librarians and information professionals who strive to keep up with evolving library technology. Cohen informs his readership daily of his findings at industry conferences, through publications, and online. Its content is always fresh and is often featured by other blogs as an important industry information source.

"I'm thrilled that ITI has embraced the utility and commentary that blogs can bring to the library market," said Cohen. "Having a company like ITI sponsoring my blog legitimizes what I do with Library Stuff and will allow me to reach a larger audience."

Online Insider (http://www.OnlineInsider.net) is a new blog for information professionals. It explores new technologies as they impact the working lives of information professionals, explains resources for specific topic areas, and expounds on information management tools and techniques. The blog will act as a supplement to ITI's ONLINE: The Leading Magazine for Information Professionals with up-tp-date industry news and commentary. "Good bloggers are good observers and good writers," said Dick Kaser, VP of Content at Information Today, Inc. "Though some publishers have felt challenged or even threatened by the emergence of this new breed of correspondent, ITI is ready to embrace those who have perfected the use of this new medium. Steven Cohen's addition to ITI's stable of editors, authors, and commentators is only good for business. We are delighted to become the publisher of both his Library Stuff blog and Online Insider."
