When it comes to the future, I think I can speak for info pros when I say that equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) should become ingrained in every organizational strategic plan and company culture. Marci Wicker interviews JJ Pionke on how libraries can evaluate their spaces to better serve patrons with disabilities, especially invisible ones (page 18), Dom Bortruex speaks with Ione Damasco about how people can work toward inclusive excellence at their institution (page 19), and Gwen Gregory looks at how libraries should serve neurodivergent patrons (page 16).
