David Dahl, Information Technology Librarian, Towson University

David Dahl is the Information Technology Librarian at Towson University where he provides direction and leadership in the Library's evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies and web services. His main interest is improving organizational processes and workflows through the use of technology and common sense. He has written and presented on technologies to improve library services and internal workflows, as well as researching the role of innovation in libraries.
