Beth Jane Toren is the Web Services and Reference Librarian and Media Bibliographer at the WVU Libraries. She has taught online courses for over seven years. In 2012 she completed two certifications for online teaching: the Sloan-C certificate, specializing in tools and techniques, and the Quality Matters program.
