Anna L. Creech, Electronic Resources Librarian, University of Richmond

Anna Creech has been working with serials and electronic resources from several different angles over the years, beginning with cataloging, moving to acquisitions, to now managing them and educating users about them. She has used different electronic resource management tools and catalog systems to do these things, as well as far too many spreadsheets than any one person should have to work with. Currently, she is exploring better ways to use technology to make the ERM workflow... flow.
