Julie Finklang, eBranch Manager, San Mateo County Library
Julie Finklang is the eBranch Manager for the San Mateo County Library. She joined SMCL as a children's librarian, then became a Branch Manager before moving to the virtual world of the eBranch. Her first career was as a Software Developer and Project Manager in the corporate world.
