Paul Devillo is web services manager for the Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County. Paul developed many of PLCMC's groundbreaking and award winning services. Paul oversees the library's family of 17 Web sites and attributes his accomplishments within libraries to a strong commitment in empowering users. Paul holds a Computer Programming, Database & Internet Solutions Development Diploma from the Institute for Computer Studies-Toronto.
