Jonathan Rubin, Program Manager, First Fridays Usability Program, U.S. General Services Administration
Jonathan Rubin is program manager for the First Fridays Usability Program at the U.S. General Services Administration. He leads a team of experienced and budding User Experience professionals in improving federal services, including desktop sites, mobile sites and apps, prototypes and APIs. He has helped dozens of government agencies improve their user experience, including the U.S. Army, IRS, U.S. Census and NASA. Jonathan is certified as a "Usability Analyst" ( CUA ) through Human Factors International. He has a master's in journalism from Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism and a B.A. in English from the University of Rhode Island.
