Barbie E. Keiser is an information resources management (IRM) consultant located in the Washington, DC, area, and operating globally. She has more than 25 years experience as a consultant for on-going concerns and start-up corporations, publishers and other information providers (including database producers and vendors), government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations around the world. This year's WebSearch University workshop is based on her dual-degree MBA-MSIS Competitive Intelligence course offered at the Carey Business School, Johns Hopkins University.
