Krista Schmidt, Research and Instruction Librarian/Science Liaison, Hunter Library, Western Carolina University
Krista Schmidt is a Research and Instruction Librarian and an Associate Professor at Hunter Library, Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina. Krista has a BA from Illinois Wesleyan University and earned her MSLS from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has worked in libraries since 2001 and served as Hunter Library’s science liaison at WCU since 2003. Krista is particularly interested technology development juxtaposed with traditional tools and service ethics.
