Patricia H Dawson

Pat Dawson has been involved in reference services for over 18 years. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology at Western Michigan University, and two graduate degrees, a M.S. in Microbiology and M.L.S., from Rutgers University. Prior to her academic appointment to Rider University in 2006, Pat was the Reference Information Specialist involved in library instruction and supervising the InterLibrary Loan Service at Burlington County College on the Pemberton, NJ campus. Immediately after graduating from library school, she worked as a Reference Analyst at Merck in Rahway, NJ. Now she is an Associate Professor - Librarian with tenure at Rider University where she is the Science Librarian and the consultant for the InterLibrary Loan Service in the Moore Library.
