Bob Nardini is Vice President for Product Development at Coutts Information Services.  He worked in both public and academic libraries prior to 1985, when he took a job in the academic bookselling industry, where he has been ever since.  In 2007 Bob joined Coutts and is involved in many areas of the company’s activity, especially approval plan services, database and platform development, and sales and marketing.  Bob writes and speaks regularly on collection management and other issues.  He holds an M.A. in History from the University of Virginia and an M.L.S. from the University of Toronto.  He lives in Nashville, Tennessee, nearby the headquarters of Coutts’ parent company, the Ingram Content Group.
