Mary Lou Cumberpatch is a Reference Librarian at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) where she also coordinates the virtual libraries provided by the NOAA Central Library and serves as the Web Content Manager for the library. Mary Lou earned her masters in library science from the University of Maryland.
