As the National Program Manager for EPA’s Library Network, Deborah Balsamo has the responsibility for coordinating the operations, overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures, and leading the strategic directions of EPA’s libraries. A professional librarian for 15 years, Deborah has worked in various positions at EPA since 1998. Deborah holds a BA from Florida Atlantic University and earned her Master of Science in Library Science degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of Beta Phi Mu International Library and Information Studies Honor Society, the American Library Association, and the Special Libraries Association.
