                   Lake Branch Library Manager, Mentor Public Library and Lakeland Community College Several Ohio libraries are partnering to develop and implement artificially intelligent virtual agents. Targeting both the least and the most proficient computer users, an artificial intelligence agent offers instruction and assistance to users unfamiliar with the library’s services and resources.
