Stacy Nockowitz, Middle School Librarian, The Columbus Academy

Stacy Nockowitz is the Middle School Librarian (Grades 5-8) at The Columbus Academy in Gahanna, Ohio.  Before becoming a librarian, Stacy taught English and Language Arts for more than fifteen years in New York, Massachusetts, and Ohio.  She is a veteran conference speaker, and has presented sessions to a wide variety of audiences on such varied topics as Managing Your Digital Footprint, Integrating Web 2.0 Tools in the Classroom, and Using Voicethread as a Collaborative Teaching Tool.  Stacy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University and her Master's Degree from Columbia University Teachers College.
