Conference Code of Conduct

Information Today, Inc. is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for all conference participants regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion.

We do not tolerate harassment of speakers, conference participants, or staff in any form during conference sessions, on the exhibit hall floor, or at any other officially sanctioned conference events.

All communications and interactions should be appropriate for a professional audience. Comments or images that are defamatory, slanderous, libelous, discriminatory (on the basis of age, race, color, creed, body size, gender or gender preference), obscene or constitute sexual harassment are prohibited. Conference attendees are also prohibited from verbally abusing or physically accosting the conference staff, speakers, or other delegates.

Conference partipants are also subject to the host hotel/venue code of conduct/harrassment policy.

Conference participants violating these guidelines are expected to comply immediately and may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund or liability at the discretion of the Conference Organizers.

If you are being harassed, witness someone else being harassed, or have any other concerns please contact the Conference Organizers immediately. The Conference Organizers can be reached at any time via the registration desk.

Conference attendance is limited to those 18 years of age or older.

We value the participation of our attendees, speakers, and exhibitors and expect all conference participants to abide by these guidelines.

Exhibition Code of Conduct

No one will be admitted to the exhibit hall without possessing a badge. All exhibit hall attendees must be in the industry and present a valid business card at registration in order to receive an exhibits-only badge.

There is to be no solicitation of business on the exhibit hall floor by anyone other than confirmed exhibitors. Non-exhibiting companies and attendees selling on the show floor will be escorted from the floor and not allowed to return.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the exhibit hall floor.

The Conference Organizers reserve the right to limit food and beverage served inside the exhibit hall to the exhibit hall floor and, at sole discretion, may not permit food and beverage to be taken from the exhibit hall floor to any areas outside the exhibit hall.

The Conference Organizers reserve the right to refuse to admit or eject any person from the exhibit hall floor.

Expo Pass Policy

Expo Passes are strictly limited.

Media organizations are prohibited from registering for an expo pass and can only attend through registering for a press pass. Media organizations who register for an expo pass will be denied entry. Please visit the contact page for press registration links.

Video/Photo Release

Occasionally the Conference Organizers may document the conference sessions and/or exhibit hall in video or photograph format for archival and/or promotional purposes. Unless this permission is revoked in writing to the Conference Organizers, by virtue of attending all conference participants agree to the use of their voice and/or image in such materials.

Badge Scanning

If you choose to have your badge scanned at a booth or special event, the Conference Organizer will share your information with that company, who may send you marketing communications in accordance with their own privacy policy. If you do not want the Conference Organizer to share your data with these sponsors, do not allow sponsors to scan your badge.
