Stacy Bruss, Reference Librarian, National Institute of Standards and Technology
Stacy Bruss

Stacy Bruss is a reference librarian, Engineering Laboratory Liaison, and the Innovation Librarian at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Research Library, a federal government library. Since joining the Research Library staff in 2009, she has led many innovative programs including digital device lending, digital display marketing, and a Library innovation center featuring 3D printers.

She develops innovative impact measures including bibliometrics tools, techniques, and visualizations for her research customers. She also designs forward-thinking collection development strategies and impact analyses for the Research Library. Stacy has a BS and MS in engineering and an MSIS from the University of Tennessee.
