Sarah Berg, Embedded Librarian, Inter-American Development Bank

Sarah is a part of the reference team at the Felipe Herrera Library. As an Embedded Librarian, her areas of knowledge include facilitating access to information on Education, Health, Gender, Diversity and Labor issues in Latin America. Before coming to the Bank, Sarah worked as a Client Services Analyst at Business News Americas in Chile, as a Faculty Advisor at the Global Young Leadership Conference in Washington, DC and as an English Teacher and Translator in Chile. Sarah has a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Chile, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Hispanic American Studies at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. An American citizen, she grew up in California, New York and Texas, and spent five years in Chile and Paraguay.
