Lowell Walters

Lowell Walters is Associate Dean of Library Technologies & Collection Services at Liberty University’s Jerry Falwell Library. His primary role is to lead the acquisitions, archives, borrowing services, cataloging, collection management, and library systems departments. Over the past two years he has been a project leader for the selection and deployment of the ASRS.
