Cheryl Peltier-Davis is author of the book The Cybrarian's Web - An A-Z Guide to Free Web 2.0 and other Resources on the Internet which was published by Information Today in 2012. This is her second book published by Information Today, the first book Caribbean Libraries in the 21st Century: Changes, Challenges, and Choices was a collaborative effort with colleagues which received the Association of Caribbean Libraries, Research and Institutional Libraries (ACURIL) award for Excellence in Research and Publication. Her article Web 2.0, Library 2.0, Library User 2.0, Librarian 2.0: Innovative Services for Sustainable Libraries was published in the November/December 2009 issue of Computers in Libraries. She has given conference presentations on several library-related topics - web 2.0 and libraries, core competencies for librarians, digitizing library collections, information management and Caribbean libraries. Cheryl is the Archives and Digital Librarian at the Nova Southeastern University (NSU) Archives in Fort Lauderdale Florida. |
