Rogan Hamby, Manager Headquarters Library and Reference Servcies, York County Library System
Rogan is the Manager of Headquarters Library and Reference Services for the York County Library System where he is also in charge of collection development, outreach and circulation. In 2009 Rogan was part of the founding of SCLENDS, the a public library consortium which now constitutes almost half the state. Rogan is also the Operations Director for SCLENDS and was given the Library Journal Movers and Shakers award for this work in 2011. As a librarian and technologist his focus is on finding tools to solve problems that are realistic under the restrictions that libraries face. And he covers the circulation desk during lunches.
