Dr. Scott Nicholson, Associate Professor, Syracuse University School of Information Studies and Author of Everyone Plays at the Library: Creating Great Gaming Experiences for All Ages

Dr. Scott Nicholson is on the faculty at the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University. He has been an academic librarian and a statistician, and now studies gaming in libraries and game design for education. A lifelong gamer, Dr. Nicholson wrote Everyone Plays at the Library for Information Today, hosted Board Games with Scott (http://boardgameswithscott.com), a video series about modern board games, is a voice for the On Board Games podcast (http://onboardgames.net), and is the Game Professor for boardgameinfo.com.  He was the founder of the Games and Gaming Members Initiative Group for the American Library Association. He is also a published board game designer, with one game - Tulipmania 1637 - currently available and several other designs currently with publishers.
