Michelle Springer, Project Manager, Digital Initiatives, Library Of Congress

Michelle Springer is a Project Manager of Digital Initiatives within the Office of Strategic Initiatives' Web Services Division at the Library of Congress. She is the project manager for the Library's Flickr pilot. At present her work is focusing on new institutional policies needed to address Web 2.0 emerging technologies. She began her Library of Congress career in 1985 as a research specialist in the Congressional Research Service.
