Says this multimedia CD-ROM explores many primary source documents that guarantee rights to U.S. citizens. Notes it offers a collection of resource documents, including Supreme Court cases, pictures, maps, historical texts, and video clips that established or affected civil rights. Recommends it as a comprehensive research tool for high school classrooms and libraries, but thinks that the lack of interactivity narrows its usefulness for some students.
