Prior to his current position, Mr. Frey was a Google Answers Researcher and a Quality Rater helping with quality evaluation for Google.  Mr. Frey has also been an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago and a Staff Attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
