Colleen S. Harris, Head of Access Services, University of Tennessee – Chattanooga

Colleen S. Harris is Head of Access Services at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. A former reference and instruction librarian at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, she holds an MLS, an MFA, and is currently working on her EdD in Learning and leadership. Colleen's articles have appeared in Library Journal, InfoCareerTrends, Jounral of Access Services, The Bottom Line: Managing Library Finances, and her book chapters have been published by ALA Editions and Neal-Schuman. Her professional interests include information literacy and research training for undergraduate and graduate students, library involvement in student retention, and academic library management.
