Do you want to understand more about their information needs and information-seeking behavior and how library staff might provide support for these activities? What skills will you and your colleagues need to deliver this support, and do you have a skills gap? This participative workshop explores these and other issues based on a study conducted for RLUK, introduces examples of existing models and practice, encourages knowledge exchange among the participants, and provides an opportunity to begin to develop a personal action plan.
