I found the field of User Experience by accident in library school and never looked back. I was always of the belief that I was a “bad user” and was surprised to learn that it might not be only me. It just might be the design of the system. I found my calling! I am currently an User Experience Strategist at JSTOR, a not-for-profit online scholarly research database.
