David Dodd

David Dodd is the Collections Manager for the Sonoma County Library. He is active in efforts to bring collections online and make them easily accessible to patrons. He is especially interested in identifying, collecting, and promoting the work of Sonoma County artists—writers, musicians, and visual artists. He has previously worked as City Librarian for San Rafael, and for other libraries including Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Benicia, and Marin County. He pioneered the use of the World Wide Web to annotate a literary text with his “Annotated Grateful Dead Lyrics” website, beginning in 1995.
