GSI Releases SEC No-Action Letter Database

Global Securities Information, Inc. (GSI) has announced the release of the GSI No-Action Letter database. Available exclusively in LIVEDGAR, the GSI No-Action Letter database is easy to use, comprehensive, and provides users with the most current no-action letter resource available anywhere, according to the company.

Combining value-added content, leading-edge technology, and GSI’s domain expertise, the GSI No-Action Letter database allows full-text searching of all no-action letters and is updated with new no-action letters the same day they are released by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Users can search for no-action letters by filer name; whether a letter is deemed “significant” by the SEC; the public availability date as assigned by the SEC; and the applicable act, section, and rule of each letter.

In addition, users can establish no-action letter watch profiles that provide them with real-time e-mail notifications—including a hypertext link to the no-action letter—the same day they are released by the SEC. The database includes all no-action letters from 1971 to present.
