Mike Nutt
Mike Nutt is the digital media librarian in the Digital Library Initiatives (DLI) department at North Carolina State University Libraries. He serves as editor-in-chief of the content program for the five large visualization walls that are architecturally integrated into NC State’s new James B. Hunt Jr. Library. He recently completed a two-year Fellowship at the Libraries where he worked in both the DLI and Communications departments. As a Fellow, Mike led a strategic initiative called “Networked Library: Marketing the 21st Century Library,” that focused on building and implementing innovative social media engagement strategies. Mike received his Master of Science in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During his time at UNC-CH, he founded the student group Carolina Digital Story Lab and was a research assistant at the Carolina Digital Library and Archives.
