Delegates to Internet Librarian 2003 may register for any number
of days, each of which are comprised of four tracks.

Organizations
sending more than one registrant can benefit greatly from
the following rates for full conference registrations only:
first person @ $359; second person and all additional registrants
@ $215. After October 17, 2003 add $10 to each level. All
registrations for group discounts must be sent to Information
Today, Inc. under one cover, or if registerting online, registrations
must be submitted on the same day. (Many networks and regional
library cooperatives are offering special discount rates.
Contact your network director for further details.)

Internet
Librarian 2003 will take place at the Monterey Conference
Center in Monterey, CA. Delegates are responsible
for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations.
Discounted rates for Internet Librarian 2003 attendees
are being offered at the DoubleTree Hotel-Monterey
and the Monterey Marriott.
Rooms are limited at the DoubleTree and the Marriott
so make your reservations as early as possible. Conference
rates may not be available after the specified cut-off
date. To obtain preferred rates, contact the hotels
directly and identify yourself as an Internet Librarian
2003 attendee.

Cancellations
will be accepted if received in writing no later than
October 17, 2003. Full refunds minus a $50 processing
fee will be issued. No refunds will be given after
this date. Substitutions for the same amount of fees
may be made until 1:00 p.m. on October 17, 2003. Please
indicate the name and the title of the person who
will be replacing the original registrant. After this
date, all changes must be made at the conference.
NOTE: The sponsors and management
of Internet Librarian 2003 reserve the right to make
necessary changes in this program. Every effort will
be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented.
However, unforeseen circumstances may result in substitution
of a presentation topic and/or speaker. Information
Today, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of their
suppliers nor for the safety of any Internet Librarian
2003 participant while in transit to or from this
event. The total liability during the precise hours
of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the
delegate fee.
