Enhanced PsycINFO ready for release

Announces the availability of the American Psychological Association's (APA's) redesigned PsycINFO file structure and production system. Says the database reload process is underway at a number of online vendor and institutional lease sites, adding that the reloads will integrate book and book chapter references with the journal record structure. Notes the redesigned product offers improved timeliness, refined indexing, and an expanded document set that contains more than 1.5 million records. Claims new features include an expanded population field with more specific subject identification, identification of research populations by country name, a new document-type hierarchy, and an identifier in newer dissertation references to expedite full-text ordering.
