IAC releases LifeCenter modules

Announces that Information Access Company (IAC) has released a suite of four Web-based library system modules to facilitate patron self-service for commonly asked questions. Says the LifeCenter product was developed collaboratively with libraries, and provides expert subject guidance, "best of breed" articles, tools, and Web sites through a single interface. Reports the product consists of four modules - Personal Finance, Jobs & Careers, Consumer Purchases, and Auto - each of which provides an introduction to major concepts, issues, and decision points. Claims that logical breakdowns of each topic, combined with step-by-step guidance, help users navigate successfully to their own decisions. Adds LifeCenter is available on a 24-hour basis on the Web.
