Net-It Central 2.5, new version of document publishing software

Announces that Net-It Software Corp. has released Net-It Central 2.5 ($4,995 per server), a server-based product for publishing intranet documents. Says the product offers an enhanced back-office operation, as well as support for hyperlinked documents and Java fonts. Claims the software facilitates document collection, publication, maintenance, and sharing over corporate intranets in an application- and viewer-independent fashion. Notes the product does not require any significant training or maintenance, and says users can put documents on the intranet by dragging and dropping them into online desktop folders. Adds the software can run as a Windows NT service, enabling it to remain in the background.
