 Richard Le is an instructor and reference librarian. He received his M.L.I.S. from San Jose State University (2008) and M.A. degree in Social Psychology from San Francisco State University (2003). Currently, Richard works for both the San Rafael Public Library and San Francisco Public Library as a part-time librarian. He has presented at professional conferences and staff development workshops, developed curriculum for his courses, and held workshops and classes at different libraries and communities in the Bay Area since 2009. Richard currently teaches information literacy, social networking, and web-based applications classes and develops training materials for the public and staff. He also serves on committees, taskforces and grant projects related to library technologies, public training and mobile devices, and developed best practices for the use of mobile technologies in libraries. |
