Athena Hoeppner has worked for the University of Central Florida for 16 years.  She started in Reference and Instruction and now serves as the E-resources Librarian in Acquisitions.  Her heart remains in public services, and her thoughts frequently turn to usability and how to make systems that connect people to the information they seek.
