Ray Bailey, Instructional Technology Librarian, Morehead State University
Ray Bailey received a B.A. in Psyhology and Philosophy, as well as an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, from Morehead State University. He earned his M.L.S. from the University of South Florida. He is currently the Instructional Technology Librarian at Morehead State University.
