Kendra Smith, Microsoft librarian and program manager, evangelizes library services, teaches research skills and builds information-sharing partnerships with Microsoft employees worldwide. With a passion for mobile technology, she most recently acted as technical program manager on the development and successful launch of a library catalog search phone app. Kendra has worked in the technology industry for over 15 years as a librarian, information researcher, marketer and events director and has held positions at Motorola, Microsoft, DisplaySearch and the Greater New Orleans Free-Net. Kendra Smith received an M.L.I.S from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1995.
