Jean H French, Lecturer of Computer Science, Department of Computer Science & Information Systems, Coastal Carolina University

Jean French is a Lecturer of Computer Science and Information System at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC. She runs a 'paperless classroom'. She normally uses Blackboard as her course management tool, but opted to use Facebook after taking a survey in her class. This presentation discusses our experiences in using Facebook as a learning management tool. In addition to teaching duties, Jean currently serves as chair of the CSIS Academic Assessment Committee with a focus on ABET Accreditation.
