Jacquelyn Marie Erdman is the Web Services Librarian at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Erdman graduated with a BA in Multimedia from Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois and an MS in Information and Library Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Erdman published the book Library Web Ecology: what you need to know as web design coordinator (Chandos Publishing) and has published articles on how technology affects communication and research.
