Will is the subject liaison to the Department of Nursing and teaches information literacy sessions in a variety of disciplines. He teaches in-person and online via iLink and Blackboard, develops a variety of online content, is the co-chair of the Virtual Reference Team, coordinated the Pollak Library Technology Training (Pollak Library 10 Things), and recently co-authored an article on Embedded IM for Reference Services Review.
