Registration Desk Hours

Delegates to Internet Librarian 2008 may register for any number of days, each of which are comprised of four tracks.
The fee includes:
• Participation in any conference track for each day booked. (Delegates may switch between tracks as they choose.)
• Admission to the Exhibit Hall
• Conference packet
• Exhibitors’ reception on Monday night
• Morning and afternoon coffee
Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations.

HOTEL INFORMATION
The Internet Librarian conference has arranged for room blocks at the Monterey Marriott and the Portola Plaza Hotel.
The Monterey Marriott is offering a discounted rate of $195 and the Portola Plaza Hotel is offering a discounted rate of $189. These rates are only given to conference attendees who
book reservations before Friday, September 19, 2008. Remember to identify yourself as part of the Internet Librarian group when making your reservation. Room
blocks are subject to availability, and therefore are not guaranteed. So, please book early!

DISCOUNTS
Organizations sending more than one registrant to Internet Librarian or Internet@Schools can benefit greatly from the following rates for full
conference registrations only:
- Internet Librarian: First person @ $449; second person and all additional registrants @ $275.
After September 26 add $20 to each level.
- Internet@Schools: First person @ $199; second person and all additional registrants @ $99.
After Septemebr 26 add $10 to each level.
- Internet@Schools plus full Internet Librarian conference: $449; second person and all additional registrants @ $275.
After September 26 add $20 to each level.
All registrations for group discounts must be submitted on the same day. (Many OCLC broker networks and regional library cooperatives are offering special discount rates. Contact your network director for further details.)
Discounts are not available for preconference workshops.

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing no later than September 26, 2008. Full refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be issued.
No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions for the same amount of fees may be made until 1:00 p.m. on September 26, 2008.
Please indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant. After this date, all changes must be made at the
conference.
